Sunday, November 20 at the Largo Coronet Theater in Los Angeles: Pleased to be a part of this very special evening, performing Earth Has Won with the Section Quartet.. the original string players on my never-released first album. The Section Quartet will collaborate with special guests Sam Phillips, Van Dyke Parks, Linda Perry, Wendy & Lisa, Mike Watt, Lisa Germano, Matt Sharp (of The Rentals), John Easdale, Jenny O., Grey DeLisle and more guests to be announced. Margaret Cho & Grant-Lee Phillips will host the evening. All proceeds will go directly to The School Music Revival Foundation of Japan, co-founded by Ryuichi Sakamoto to replace school musical instruments lost to the tsunami of March 2011.
